Balaji Narayan has more than 3 decades of work experience in Engineering, Oil & Gas, Power, Mining sectors. A qualified engineering – BE Mechanical / Bangalore University and an MBA from UBI Brussels. Started the career in 1985 – in Seals and Valves industry in India.
Moved onto entrepreneurial / Consulting journey in 1995. Spent over 25 years as a consultant in the Engineering, Power, Mining, Oil & Gas sectors. Domain expertise is in Techno commercial management of large projects, Business Development, Sales & Marketing.
Personal Challenges handled – Bala is an accident survivor. Met with a Motor bike accident
in early 1990 which rendered his right hand completely paralysed. Managed to left orient
himself to manage life. This accident injury is a disability but not a handicap.
Multilingual – can speak Tamil, Kannada,Hindi and English.
